check my thread out on this . the pics might give you some tips . and use hot melt glue , dont worry about how long the build takes . the more time spent , the better the finished plane .

have you tried , trimming the throttle down , it might be on throttle even though the stick is fully down . also . check your channel to see if the throttle is not reversed . usually the ESC IS ...
