Yes, what Kieran said. Also, ensure that with throttle at 1/2 stick (according to your curves..80% throttle & 50 pitch) that your actual pitch on the blades is 0. That's where your pitch gauge comes in.
Initially I'd tend to go for a linear throttle curve and your number 2 pitch setting around 42. this gives a gentle increase in pitch from your - 2 or 3' at 0 stick to 0' pitch at 50% stick, otherwise it might jump a bitfrom the 35 to the 50 that you have. Having a linear throttle curve (or one that's less steep) may make it a bit more docile without the head speed being too low.
