Thanks for the fly of your Stryker today Kieren. I feel like I'm actually a member now that I've had a fly. It's nice to watch people's planes flying around, but the fun's in doing the flying yourself...

Ah well, I won't feel so bad about still not having a plane ready to fly. Will continue getting my Brushless Glider ready. Having purchased a new DX7 RC Kit this week & other bits, I now have everythi...

I'm putting together my brushless glider and have bench run it's sk35-36 910 motor with 11x5.5 & 12x6 props. Still amazes me how much thrust these things produce. Just a couple of questions. The moto...

Thanks, I used good quality Masking Tape to get the sharp lines but it tended to pull up the previous paint a bit, even after allowing a few days drying. And the reds & blue curves (with masking tape)...

Nooooo!!! I'm never going to fly my Glider! Actually, I still need to glue some weight in the nose to get the balance forward. With swept wings I'm still not sure where the balance point should be bu...

Good Luck with your repairs Rob - and I was feeling a little sad about my little mishap with the bushes on my baseleg. Wasn't a good weekend for gliders - and others by the sound of it (wasn't down at...

Hey!!! You forgot: John J X 1 Glider. Admittedly it's just a dent in the leading edge of the wing & the plane's probably still airworthy. But it made a distinct & loud thud as it unexpectedly fell d...

On the subject of motor power... I don't have a wattmeter but I do have a Current Clamp meter - so I ran some tests myself. My Lark Glider has a Turnigy SK35-36 910KV motor with a 12X6 prop & pulls 26...

Steve, I built this Trainer in around 1983 so I don't have the original box or plans - normally I would keep the plans at least but it was a long time ago with several house moves in there as well. I ...

Looks like the bulk of the rain has passed (looking at the Rain Radar at 9:30am), but as Rob mentioned, the field is probably a swamp, even if the rain does stop.
