Jet & MOP Inspections are go.
#1

Hi Guys, just a note to let you know that my turbine & MOP inspector's ratings have arrived.

All I need now are some models to inspect - get to it!

Thanks to the club for nominating me & to Kevin Barnes for chasing the paperwork through.

Excellent John !!

I have a 50cc Extra that will probably just tip the scales over the 7Kg mark.
It would be good if you could have alook at it for me at some stage.

Obviously McCoy Park isn't the ideal site for testing these beasties.

Pit Town has limited visitor's priviledges so it would be best to keep those for turbine
models arranged via Mickey T or myself.

I'm also a member at Blacktown which would be suitable for large prop driven models but the runways are too rough & short for most turbine models.

Don't forget to read the MAAA rules for these models prior to building them particularly in regards to failsafes & know how to drive your radios thoroughly prior to test day. The required inspection forms are downloadable from the MAAA website. - John.
