Reminder of the swap meet at PEMAC on Sat 3rd Dec. See note from PEMAC below:
Hi all, just a reminder that our Fun-Fly and swap meet is this coming Saturday. I just had a look at the weather forecast and it looks good. 22 degrees and relatively light winds with little chance of rain.
All flyers must register to fly ($5) and have their MAAA membership card with them. Pilots are to set up in the pits area. If you have a portable shade shelter you can set it up inside the pit area next to the fence (so its easier to secure it to the public safety fence with some rope). Don't forget to bring a good hat and some sun screen!
The last swap meet was very well attended so additional parking will be made available in the heli area. Drinks and sausage sandwiches will be available at a nominal price.
This promises to be a great flying day and we're sure there will be plenty of bargains on offer as members do some late spring cleaning of their workshops.
