For the paint I used auto acrylic from super cheap auto, It's light, dries fast and hard, EPO foam can handle solvent based paint no probs.
I wouldn't use enamel tho. I did once a parkzone Trogen once and it shrunk and bent the wing tips down a little plus it took for ever to dry.
