Pokemon Go and the free plug for PRCAC
#1

Hello guys,
Long story short, yes, I have been playing Pokemon. Just to see what all the fuss was about, and because my partners daughter is playing it as well.

Without going into great detail on how it all works, they access google maps and images and have what they call Pokestops. You can get free things from these Pokestops, as well as more Pokemon that hang around these stops.

It just so happens that McCoy Park is a Pokestop. Not bad for some free advertisement, even if it is Pokemon. So, if you see some random kids, or wayward adults, they may be searching for Pokemon.

While the advertising is good for us, we would like some more members!! Please be nice to them and tell them about the club and what we do.

Just keep an eye out when the gate is open that some misguided poki-hunter in a car doesn't drive in and accidently damage our strip. If they do drive in, don't get up them, just politely direct them not to drive on the strip because it's wet and they will get bogged!! If they are rude and obnoxious or cause damage, which is unlikely, don't sink to their level !! Just report it to the committee and try and get their number plate.

Looks like we might have some rain later this week too hope they come with pokie-snorkles!!

Thanks for posting this Mr T !!!

If you don't live on the edge, you take up too much space.
