Charger help
#1

Hi guys,
A few months ago I bought a micro Trojan from Kelletts.
It seemed like the battery that came with it was stuffed so I bought a few more from HK, but now I think there's something wrong with the charger. The red light never goes off when a battery is in.
All it has is a red light that comes on. It takes AA batteries but can also be plugged in to the wall.
I put one of the HK batteries in it and now it seems like it's dead.

I have no receipt but I don't mind buying a cheap charger from HK.

Do you guys reckon it's the charger?
Is there a better quality charger for 1cell batteries I could get?

I can't remember what the LEDs do now, I recall that they vary the rate of flashing, but not sure what happens when they're fully charged.

That said, I didn't think much of those chargers, so I just bought one of these:

I can parallel charge 5 batteries at a time and can also storage charge them too.

This is also an option:

I have a couple of these I've used them for everything and they are great for the price, it will certainly do your 1 cell lipo

you'll probably need an adapter lead for those little packes something like this if it's a JST plug

or perhaps one of these ??

Thanks guys.

Jason, I have one of those, just didn't realise I could charge 1cell batteries on it. I probably have the adaptor lying around too.

Cheers.

If you're charging 1 cell batteries on your 4 button charger, you don't require a connection to the balance connectors, just connect straight to the main charging connectors.
