I've just finished my Hangar Rat tonight. A little forward on balance if the tiny glides are anything to go on but I'm just now waiting for some rubber to power it.
Everything is competition legal except for the covering. Rather than tissue, I thought I'd try a modern elastic polyethylene sheeting typically used as a biochemical shield - cling wrap
. I'm not sure but it's probably at least a dozen or so microns thick
