I a have a glider design that might fit the bill, only that it's a little small at 1.83m span.
It's of simple construction, foam and ply with one piece, balsa sheeted, foam core wings. It has about 4sqft of wing area, uses a removable power pod, can carry a load and is reasonably slippery tho' not superbly so. I've had some 20 odd min flights thermaling it at times.
