Gas Instantaneous HWS - popeyepete - 15-07-2012

Clearing some stuff from the garage;

Have a unused, never installed, new Gas Hot Water System. Sitting in the garage for a couple of years, was for a friends reno, but never got installed.

$400 (Worth well over $1000)

Unfortunately i'm a sparky. WRT the install, if you already have a gas HWS the swap is simple and should not be more than 2hrs work plus some materials, so say around $350-$400. You also have to consider the allowance for a GPO so theres another $50-$90.
If you have no gas at the HWS location, you could be anywhere near $1000+.

Hi Peter

Will buy it from you, I do have gas and the house is elevated with easy access to all pipes and power from under it. I Just don't know any plumber or understand what WRT, HWS and GPO mean!!

Email me your number to give you a call if you like.

Hi Peter

Sorry I was in Melbourne this week and in Tasmania next week.
You are still selling this HWS!

Just let me know when you are ready to sell it and I can organise to pick it up.

Still looking for a Plummer if anyone interested offering a budget installation.
