RE: Blade 500 - kizza42 - 03-02-2012

I tuned off at $900

RE: Blade 500 - brotherblonde - 03-02-2012

Me too. An HK 500 GT is less than 1/2 that, & probably better quality....But, someone will buy one...somewhere...sometime....

Or you can go a little smaller and get this Blade 450 BNF from Hobbies in the Hills for $350.

Again, it's no Align as far as quality but for the price is supposed to be good value, performs really well and is ready to go and even test flown & factory trimmed.
Actually it must be a fair bit smaller than the 500 as it runs on a 2200 3S Lipo as opposed to a 2900 6S for the 500.

RE: Blade 500 - brotherblonde - 03-02-2012

Yes John they are small. I have the Blade 400 and it's only 700Gms, with battery (2200 3S) The 450 isn't much bigger.
