RE: Habu 32 - kizza42 - 15-10-2011

I saw the kit in person tonight, tell you what, seriously wishing I had a job right now! Its beautiful!

RE: Habu 32 - robair - 16-10-2011

G'day Kv

Whilst trying to get my head around just how awesome a turbine powered Habu would be I realised I could make some enquiries on Monday to see if we have any jobs around for you at Flitech which is flight centers IT division.

Meanwhile, turbine Habu....... Drool....
Cheers

RE: Habu 32 - ~KevJ~ - 16-10-2011

having seen the habu32 /p20 combo fly in person and having flown at our field and the other site, i can tell you with great confidence that this would be a turbine capable of flying at both those locatioons..
nicey ! Smile

RE: Habu 32 - wingtipper - 21-01-2012

WOAH thats impressive love turbines .

RE: Habu 32 - dwils - 21-01-2012

Not having to much fun at the moment frustrated try again in 24 hrs

RE: Habu 32 - kizza42 - 22-01-2012

I went and inspected the install today....

Complicated would be an understatement! Even for a Jet!

Darren has managed an extremely impressive install in a stupidly tight space that will require no extra weight to balance out!
As a comparison, Others are requiring up to 400 grams of lead to balance their Habu32's...

This thing will be an absolute rocket!

RE: Habu 32 - ~KevJ~ - 22-01-2012

the force is strong in this one..

YES !! please post when and where your going out for its maiden . cheers .

RE: Habu 32 - dwils - 26-01-2012

Run time on full throttle = 5 min then vapours will probable give around 5 - 6 mins of normal flight 1st start singed the trees and fence but not a problem since auto kero start a winner by my books

RE: Habu 32 - paulj - 26-01-2012

Nice one mate.
Looking forward to seeing it.

RE: Habu 32 - dwils - 29-01-2012

Habu fired up for the first time at the field for taxi trails and lets say more than enough power for the size wheels and the grass the one thing noticed was how amazingly quiet it was more to come
