Bodø Luftfartsmuseum -

Just a little something that I thought you guys might like to share.
When I was in Norway last year, and passing through Bodø, I dropped into the aviation museum there. Here is some of the photos.
I apologise for the quality, the lighting was so that I could not get it right.
Out the front, a Hawker on a stick... or should I say Hawker på sticker...
Inside the foyer, a Freedom Fighter on two sticks
In the adjoining airforce base, a F104 Startfighter on a stick
Norwegians like putting things on sticks, so it seems.
MY MOSQUITO!!!
(I failed to sneak it out. In fact I failed to budge it at all).
F104 not on stick
Lil' DeHavelin, just hanging out
This Ju88 was placed just as it was recovered. Including bonus Moose.
The Spit again.

Very interesting!
This time last year I was in the neighbourhood too, and took in the Flygvapenmuseum in Linköping. Our Swedish hosts had booked out the entire museum and we had a three-course meal in amongst all the planes in one of the exhibit halls. What an evening that was!....
