3mm prop adapter..? - ~KevJ~ - 06-06-2010

hey all just wondering if anyone has a spare 3mm prop adapter they want to sell ... Smile

with the delay from HK ATM and the fact that i can find a 3mm prop adapter in LHS im stuck with an unflyable new little plane.. (ps thanks john for my new bird.. converted to brushless and belly lander and ready to go )

Kev,

I've got some of these http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=8237
and I'd be happy to give you one. I get to them with the grinder and grind the long shaft on the end to a cone.

They're a little heavy but better than not being able to spin a prop! I've used it with GWS props from 4025 to 8043.

The limitation is that I'm in Putney and I'm going to Newcastle for the week from tomorrow night - so you'll need to come by to pick it up. (My family is staying home so I can leave it for you if you want.)

Drew.

thanks for the offer drew but ive since had a rethink and ive decided on a motor swap .. i feel that what i had was going to bend the shaft on belly landings.. thanks again mate
