It arrived this morning and it's Big!!!!!Biggrin
Had to unpack it to make sure all was ok,
glad I did it when wife was out otherwise she would
have gone balistic at me using the dining room table.
Just for reference that table can sit 8 people for dinner.
Also put F86 next to it for scale.

Looks awesome, Paul.

You'll have to buy a bigger car for it. Wink

Twin 70mm Gary
Kev. As yet I haven't made up my mind on colours.
Still awaiting some components to arrive.
Only ordered this on Saturday night and was surprised
to see it delivered this morning from Hong Kong.(not Hobby King)
I also ordered some other stuff from Hobby King, guess I'll be
lucky to see that before end of next week....Frown
I'm also awaiting some things from USA for it too, and I've already been
given a tracking Number for that.
So far I know that I need at least 20 extension cables and manufacturer has
provided 15 of them free of charge.....Smile

Boeing 737
Awww you beat me to it. But I'll go one better & say B737-400 Smile Geez I'm a smart ass.
Yeh, it's the shape of the fin that gives it away - quite tall for a short-ass plane!
Gold medal to Peter for saying 737.
Andrew you were out it's 737-700. Smile
Made by Windrider in HK under license to Boeing.
Boeing provided them with all the detail specifications to made a
1-18.5 Scale model.
They have even provided them with the colour codes for their house colours
and allowed them to copy their logos etc.
I am undecided on what airline I'm going to do, as I have another airliner in the
pipeline and will want to have different schemes.
Pretty sure one of them will be Qantas but the other may not even be an Australian
airline.
I'm going to be making a few modifications to the 737 such as working Fowler Flaps,
spoilers and possibly leading edge slats too.
Will probably also fibreglass the underside of all the surfaces and silkspan the top,
although if I can find it I may even apply self adhesive vinyl instead of paint.
Navigation lights,Strobe lights and Landing lights are a must.
It will be awhile before she is ready for a maiden flight.

By the way mate ... can you put your avatar back to the original one of the eagle eye please?... the current one is giving me nightmares!

Guess what it must be doing to the misses then....................Smile
I have spent ages on airliners.net looking at various schemes and still haven't
made my mind up.
There are a lot I like, but I'm looking for that one that jumps out
and says "pick Me"......Smile
Ok mate just for you.....
This probably looks more like me anyway.
I like it Paul Smile
OK, you can be Shrek - I'll be Donkey!
All the best,
Steve
